This refresh builds on PropertyGuru’s 10-year industry experience and technology heritage and marks a new phase in the company’s transformation journey from a regional property media powerhouse to a high-growth technology company. It includes revamped websites and mobile apps and a new brand identity. These collectively bring to life PropertyGuru’s role as a trusted advisor to property seekers and signal the advent of a new era of customer experience in the property sector.
An industry first, the new websites and mobile apps, leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) to make every property search a highly personalised and intuitive experience. Underpinning this are machine learning algorithms, which have been trained to recognise behavioural cues to determine the kind of properties a user is looking for and the content they are likely to be interested in. As PropertyGuru’s AI-powered recommendation engine learns more about each user’s unique needs and preferences, solutions will increasingly become tailored, smarter, and more accurate.

The new brandmark is made up of two distinct and interconnected roofs, illustrated by interlocking red lines. While the red line is a representation of people’s life journeys, the two roofs signify the different stages people go through in a lifetime and the importance of home at each stage.
