24X Achieves 2.5x Revenue Growth and Attracts Investment from Wavemaker and Krungsri Finnovate

24X, a Thailand-based startup revolutionising the maintenance and living services landscape, has successfully raised Series B funding from Wavemaker Ventures, the early-stage fund of Wavemaker Partners, and Krungsri Finnovate. The funding marks a significant milestone in 24X’s journey toward becoming a comprehensive service provider, specialising in maintenance, installation, and renovation for B2B and B2C markets.

The company offers a robust suite of services tailored to diverse customer needs:

  • 24 FIX: A consumer-focused platform offering all-in-one home maintenance solutions.
  • 24 House Solution: Bespoke living space transformations managed by professional interior designers and project managers.
  • 24 FIX for Business: A maintenance management service designed for enterprises.
  • 24 Projects: Renovation and construction solutions tailored to business needs.
  • VERTE: A green energy solution provider specialising in solar energy systems and EV charging installations.

Mr. Khanisorn Meepong, Co-founder & CEO of 24X, highlighted the company’s transformative journey over the past six years. “By adapting to market demands, especially in the business sector, we have expanded into comprehensive solutions, including green energy initiatives such as solar power and EV charger installations. Last year, we achieved THB 480 million in net revenue, a 2.5x increase from the previous year, with over 50% of the revenue generated from B2B customers.”

This remarkable growth and vision attracted investment from Wavemaker Ventures and Krungsri Finnovate. “The strong backing from these prominent investors underscores our potential to redefine industry standards and create lasting value for our stakeholders,” Mr. Khanisorn added.

Under the VERTE brand, 24X is spearheading sustainability efforts in alternative energy. The company has partnered with leading global brands such as JA Solar and TRINA to install over 80 solar energy systems, generating more than 20 MW through Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) and Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) models. Additionally, 24X has deployed over 2,000 EV charging stations for prominent EV brands, including BYD, NETA, Changan, and Aion, as well as across various gas stations in Thailand.

“The way maintenance, installations, and renovations are handled today is far from ideal, particularly in Thailand and Southeast Asia,” said Mr. Joel Ang, Investment Principal at Wavemaker Ventures. “24X is setting a new industry benchmark by focusing on accountability, clear SLAs, and a reliable network of skilled fixers. This strategic approach ensures quality service delivery and long-term value creation.”

Ms. Palida Artispong, Acting Managing Director at Krungsri Finnovate, echoed this sentiment: “The construction, maintenance, and alternative energy sectors are poised for significant growth. 24X’s ability to comprehensively meet these demands demonstrates its immense potential.”

Looking ahead, 24X plans to broaden its range of maintenance services, including Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM). The company’s proprietary digital platforms—Eagle Platform (maintenance task management), Cheetah Platform (centralised project management), and Wolf App (workforce operations management)—create an integrated ecosystem that helps businesses streamline operations while maintaining high-quality service standards.

“Our expertise in managing over 100,000 maintenance tasks has established us as a trusted partner for businesses, enabling them to concentrate on their core activities while we handle the supporting processes,” Mr. Khanisorn added.
