Ericsson appoints Igor Maurell as Head of Ericsson Thailand

Ericsson (NASDAQ: ERIC) today announced the appointment of Igor Maurell as Head of Ericsson Thailand. Prior to taking on his new role as Head of Ericsson Thailand, Igor was Head of Network Operations, Ericsson South East Asia, Oceania and India where he was responsible for Networks Service Delivery & Operations, Supply Chain, Sales Support and, Automation and Artificial Intelligence innovation.

Igor succeeds Nadine Allen, who after 5.5 years as Head of Ericsson Thailand takes on a new role as Head of Strategy and Enterprise, Ericsson South East Asia, Oceania and India.

Igor joined Ericsson in 2000 and has held various roles across Technology, Sales and Operations in Europe, North and Latin America, Asia and India. Igor holds an Executive MBA in Innovation & Design Thinking with focus on European and Asian Markets from ESADE/AALTO Business School, Spain-Finland and also holds a MSc in Electronic Engineering.
