As of March 21, 2017, VGI Global Media PCL, Thailand’s leading digital multi-channel media company, provider of out-of-home and online advertising services, became majority shareholder of rabbit finance through acquisition of the rabbit holding entity BSS Holdings Company Limited. VGI is a subsidiary of the BTS Group and listed on the stock exchange of Thailand.
