MQDC’s Whizdom Club in Delhi wins national co-working award.

MQDC’s Whizdom Club in Delhi won the ‘Co-Working Amenities of the Year’ award at India’s national Realty Co-working Summit & Awards 2020 with its innovative ‘Inspiration Hub’ concept, integrating co-working facilities with spaces to learn, network, and unwind.

Launched in August 2019, Whizdom Club is a pioneering investment by a Thailand-based property developer in India. The club brings a new perspective to India’s emerging co-working sector, reflecting Bangkok-based MQDC’s principle of ‘For All Well-Being’, said Ms. Chulamas ‘Amy’ Jitpatima, Director of MQDC India.

“Whizdom Club is delighted to receive this national award for its amenities, whose combination is unique in India’s co-working sector,” she said.

“As an ‘Inspiration Hub’, we strive to give startupreneurs an ecosystem, complete with mentorship, community access, and ideation, under MQDC’s mission of ‘For All Well-Being’, helping all living beings live their best life.”

The club includes Whiz Live, a 75-seat event space; Whiz Around, an ideation lab; Whiz Kid, a place to relax; Whiz Exchange, a shop with eco-friendly merchandize; and Whiz Café, where users can relax and socialize. Wellness amenities include an air treatment system, indoor plants, a retractable roof, a terrace, and dedicated lifestyle coaching sessions.

MQDC’s youth-focused Whizdom brand was drawn to India by its thriving startup sector and youthful demographics. The country is has the world’s 3rd largest startup ecosystem and over half its population is under 25.

The club is at the Savitri Cinema Complex in Delhi’s upscale Greater Kailash-2 district, easily accessible by metro and other public transport.

Dr Annurag Batra, Chairman & Editor-in-Chief, exchange4media group & BW Business World, which organized the Realty Co-working Summit, said that Whizdom Club stood out for its holistic vision of offering world-class amenities, aligned toward helping its members succeed professionally as well as personally.
