Nimble Backs Relationship Republic Bringing Tech Muscle to Asia’s Loyalty Sector

Nimble, a regional software consulting firm with offices across Thailand, Hong Kong, and Vietnam, today announced its first strategic investment in Relationship Republic (RR), a leading loyalty and CRM consulting and solutions firm founded by Ms.Jintana Lertlumying and headquartered in Bangkok, Thailand. As part of the investment, Nimble joins the Board of Directors of Relationship Republic, marking a significant step in its evolution from product and technology partner to strategic investor. 

The investment comes at a pivotal moment for the region. Thailand's largest consumer brands are accelerating digital transformation and investing heavily in data-driven customer engagement and the demand for partners who can combine loyalty expertise with real technology execution is growing fast. Nimble and Relationship Republic are built to meet that demand together. 

Over the past year, Nimble, whose clients include Central Group, C.P. Group, PTT, SCG, and Jollibee have built a strong working relationship grounded in a shared ambition: delivering impactful, measurable outcomes for the enterprise clients they serve. This investment formalizes that alignment and marks the beginning of a closer, long-term collaboration.
