NTT Com Offers Disaster Recovery Service offers help to enterprises which will enhance their business continuity

NTT Communications Corporation (NTT Com), the ICT solutions and international communications business within the NTT Group, announces the offering of NTT Com’s Disaster Recovery (DR) solution with automated system integration service to customers.

The solution is expected to help enterprises enhance and protect their business continuity by conducting business as usual during unexpected server failures or planned downtime.

Mr. Masatoshi Tsuboi Vice President and COO of Sales Consulting, Product & Service, Data Center Department, NTT Communications (Thailand), said NTT Com has designed DR solution to serve the increasing demands of businesses to pace into the cloud platform. “Businesses today is in a transition period to shift into the cloud computing. We deliver the services to help them build up their IT infrastructure with full data protection and fullcycle of Business Continuity Planning,”

NTT Com will help NTT Com’s customers and those who use Business Continuity Planning (BCP) service to make ICT risk management. NTT Com’s Disaster Recovery (DR) solution includes data backup service, data protection and data recovery service. The solution, he said, will come to help enterprises enhance their business continuity, especially during unexpected server outages so they can ensure non-stop business operations and total data protection. The solution will be offered with a full range of services starting from system design, risk analysis, system testing, problem identification and fixing through reporting. Disaster Recovery Solution has been developed to support enterprise cloud infrastructure as well as the hybrid cloud.
