This has never be done before - six startups bravely delivered their pitch 50 metres off the ground on the GMAX Extreme Swing at Clarke Quay. That’s not all - Slush Singapore is teaming up with Philips for a Startup Challenge to seek out-of-the-box solutions and innovative technologies to address Philips’ challenges. Philips is seeking innovative solutions in two problem areas within the healthcare industry – analysis and prevention of non-contagious diseases and improving outcomes in hospitals. 22 startups were shortlisted to undergo a three-week incubation period with Philips, facilitated by The Bakery. These startups are being put through a gruelling program designed by The Bakery to fine-tune their pitch and develop their solutions in the lead up to Slush Singapore this Friday. The top startup will win an opportunity to work with Philips, facilitated by The Bakery, and receive support from Philips’ experts, resources, and network.
