Q: How do I log into Techsauce Virtual Summit?

Through the link and log in information (ticket ID, email to log-in to the event platform, survival guide) provided by our team via email, you will be able to access and tune into Techsauce Virtual Summit straight from any of your devices. If you can not find your confirmation email in your normal inbox, it is worth checking in your spam or junk mail section.

Q: Once I receive the link, how much time do I have to access the live sessions? And, do I have to log in right when the session starts?

You will be able to access the sessions at any time between June 19-20, 2020, using the link provided. Additionally, you will have on-demand access to the sessions recording and materials 72 hours after the event ends. 

Q: How many devices can I use to watch the event if I only have one ticket?

With one ticket, you can only watch from one device at a time. In a case that you log in using another device, you will no longer have access from the previous device.

Q: Can I give my tickets/login information to someone else if I cannot make it?

You can’t give your ticket/login to someone else. However, you can make a request to change the attendee's name and information once if you can no longer attend.

We do not advise that you give your ticket to someone else because the ticket you receive contains information pertaining to you. These are the information that you will use to set up your profile in order to interact with other attendees online and ask questions. Due to this, it may cause miscommunication and confusion for you and other attendees. 

Here’s a step-by-step instruction to request the attendee’s name change:

  1. Notify us with the name used to purchase the ticket by sending an email to [email protected]
  2. Provide the new attendee’s name in English, email address, and a phone number 
  3. We will then deactivate your previously registered user account and create a new user account for the new attendee. The new attendee will also receive a notification through their email as a confirmation

Q: What will the online sessions look like? 

We’re live streaming our stage content through one virtual room setup between 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM on both days (19th and 20th of June). With the agendas that you will receive through email, you can set a personal schedule and watch your anticipated speaker live. However, if you cannot make it to the live-streaming sessions, you can easily access the recorded sessions for up to 48 hours once the event ends. 

Q: Who should participate in this event?

Q: What is the difference between Techsauce Virtual Summit and Techsauce Global Summit?

Techsauce Virtual Summit is a separate event from Techsauce Global Summit, which will be hosted in October. Some major differences include the content, speakers, and experiences.

At Techsauce Global Summit, there will be 14 stages with contents in a global context from more than 200 speakers. You will also have an opportunity to check out booths, business matching, and workshops at Techsauce Global Summit. 

On the other hand, Techsauce Virtual Summit will be focusing on moving beyond and repositioning a strategy post-COVID. Through the four major aspects of Economy & Society, People & Culture, Strategy & Business Model, and Technology.

Q: What to expect from this event?

Q: In what language will the event be streamed? Are there any translations?

Our event will be in English. There will be Thai subtitles for some sessions. For Thais, you can change the voiceover to Thai.

Q: I’m not fluent in English, can I join this event?

Yes, you can! Everyone who participates in the event will receive a post-event summary in Thai containing key takeaways that you can utilize. In addition, you will also receive a visual recording that can help you gain a better understanding of the content.

Q: If I already have a ticket for Techsauce Global Summit, can I switch it for Techsauce Virtual Summit instead?

The content, experience, and value between Techsauce Virtual Summit and Techsauce Global Summit differ. Thus, you cannot change your ticket to attend Techsauce Virtual Summit. 

Q: How do I check the agenda and speakers for this event? And where can I get the ticket?

Once you create an account using the information we sent you through email, you will be able to chat with other users, as well as participate in a Q&A session with our speakers on June 19-20, 2020.
