Q: How many devices can I use to watch the event if I only have one ticket?

With one ticket, you can only watch from one device at a time. In a case that you log in using another device, you will no longer have access from the previous device.

Q: Can I give my tickets/login information to someone else if I cannot make it?

You can’t give your ticket/login to someone else. However, you can make a request to change the attendee's name and information once if you can no longer attend.

We do not advise that you give your ticket to someone else because the ticket you receive contains information pertaining to you. These are the information that you will use to set up your profile in order to interact with other attendees online and ask questions. Due to this, it may cause miscommunication and confusion for you and other attendees.

Here’s a step-by-step instruction to request the attendee’s name change:

  1. Notify us with the name used to purchase the ticket by sending an email to [email protected]
  2. Provide the new attendee’s name in English, email address, and a phone number
  3. We will then deactivate your previously registered user account and create a new user account for the new attendee. The new attendee will also receive a notification through their email as a confirmation

Q: What will the online sessions look like?

We’re live streaming our stage content through one virtual room setup between 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM on both days (19th and 20th of June). With the agendas that you will receive through email, you can set a personal schedule and watch your anticipated speaker live. However, if you cannot make it to the live-streaming sessions, you can easily access the recorded sessions for up to 48 hours once the event ends.

Q: Who should participate in this event?

Corporate, SMEs, startups, private firms, and even government agencies can all participate and gain insightful information from this event. Through our four major content themes: Economy & Society, People & Culture, Strategy & Business Model, Technology- anyone could learn new things and apply them to their organization.
