Event Project Manager

Employment Type: Fixed term / Contract

Job description

• Ensure that all tasks under assigned project are completed on time and within budget.
• Organizing the various professional people working on a project
• Carrying out risk assessment
• Making sure that all the aims of the project and the quality standards are met

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, event management or other business related discipline is preferred
• Minimum of 1 year in project management
• Good project management, analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in both English and Thai

Project coordinator

สำคัญไม่แพ้ Project manager นี่คืออีกตำแหน่งงานที่คุณจะได้ร่วมเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการจัดงาน Techsauce Summit ในฐานะผู้ที่ได้อยู่ในวจรการทำงานจริงทั้งหมด

Employment Type: Full Time

Job description

• Coordinate and participate in the projects or events assigned by company
• Manage visitors, coordinate with ticketing system supplier and provide on-site support of the events
• Support finance and sales team for billing and invoicing process

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, event management or other business related discipline is preferred
• Great sense of servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
• Independent, Well-organized, responsible, detail-minded, self-motivated
• Strong passion in the field of event management is preferable
• Proficiency in both English and Thai

Journalist

นอกเหนือจากงานอีเวนต์ Techsauce มีแกนสำคัญที่การเป็นมีเดีย ที่เป็นตัวจริงเจาะลึกในวงการสตาร์ทอัพโดยเฉพาะ

Employment Type: Full Time

Job description

• Daily online startup news reports
• Research on tech news & topics to make effective and attractive and valuable content such as interview content
• Attending and “live” online reporting when covering important events

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Communications, Journalism, Translation or a related discipline
• Excellent writing skill (Thai or English or both)
• Understanding and knowledge of internet industry is preferable
• Skill in photography, photo editing or videography is preferable
