SCG hosts Business model innovation workshop by Alexander Osterwalder

For the first time in Bangkok SCG is focusing on innovation by co-hosting this event 'INNO Meetup: Business model workshop' with numerous organizations.

Mr. Yuttana Jiamtragan, Vice President - Corporate Administration, SCG, outlined that the objective of the workshop ' Amid a rapidly changing world, entrepreneurs in all industries must put more effort on speed, differentiation, and scalability, which are critical aspects of the business.

SCG is the leading organization that puts a focus on innovation development to timely and accurately meet the ever-changing customer's needs.

This event 'INNO Meetup: Business Model Workshop' on the topic 'How to design, test and manage great value proposition embedded in invincible business model', to unfold entrepreneurial tools like business model canvas and value proposition design canvas which startups or business innovators could turn to advantage.

Mr. Alexander Osterwalder who invented the business model canvas shared his expertise in the workshop, enabling participants to gain a greater understanding on how to design valuable products and services for customers and society's better living amid fierce competition.
