Day 1 of Southeast Asia’s biggest tech conference saw almost 2 thousand startups meet investors, corporate partners and entrepreneurs. A total of 1,900 early stage companies from across the ASEAN region are attending Techsauce Global Summit, which takes place today and tomorrow at Centara Grand, CentralWorld, Bangkok.
Now in its third year, Techsauce Global Summit 2019, provides networking opportunities, unique speaker sessions and workshops for those in attendance. This year’s summit has also seen double the number of attendees at 20,000.
Workshops such as “How Should Startups Raise Funds and Investors Source Deals?” or “How To Communicate Effectively For Networking & Public Speaking” were held today to help educate startups on how to maximise their potential.
Recent figures from Forbes show that for 78% of startups, networking is crucial to entrepreneurial success. Techsauce Global Summit provides a platform for entrepreneurs to meet and learn from the most prestigious business leaders in the tech industry.
Day 1 featured talks on blockchain, AI and robotics, emotions in design, renewable energy, flying vehicles, hyper localized data and pollution among others. Tomorrow will see unique sessions on women in tech, technology ecosystems, socialtech, healthtech and kidstech take place.
