Techsauce, together with BE8 and Scoutout, jointly hosted AI Club by Techsauce ‘Exclusive Dinner Talk’

Techsauce together with BE8 and Scoutout, recently hosted the “AI Club by Techsauce ‘Exclusive Dinner Talk’ event at Kimpton Maa-Lai Hotel’s Stock.Room. The event was attended by leaders in business and technology to exchange ideas during a special dinner event with the aim to create a community in the technology space under the AI theme. 

The first AI Club by Techsauce ‘Exclusive Dinner Talk’ event hosted over 40 senior executives from across industries, including Retail, Banking, Health, Food, Insurance, and Telco to exchange knowledge and ideas as well as expand their business network. 

The event starts with a welcome speech by Mr. Apisek Tewinpagti, Chief Executive Officer of Beryl 8 Plus Public Company Limited or “BE8” where he shared the goal of the event was to create a community to share new knowledge and ideas in technology within the ecosystem to help support growth for organizations. 

Followed by the first knowledge sharing session by Mr. Simon Dale, Vice President, Asia - Adobe under the topic of “AI and the Future of Customer Experience”. Mr. Dale shared how AI can impact customer experience and help create business value and companies with expertise in AI that can unlock the full potential with suitable application will be able to deliver outstanding customer experience. 

Next is the Fireside Chat by Dr. Arak Sutivong, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of SCBX and Ms. Oranuch lerdsuwankij, CEO of Techsauce jointly discussed the importance of organizational culture in driving organizations into the digital era and embracing new technology. 

Dr. Arak shared that the full potential of AI requires all businesses to be alert, adapt, and transform while highlighting “Over 90% of executives believe in the potential of AI but only 20% of organizations are actually prepared to do so. Hence, it is critical that organizations have to prepare, starting first with their people”
