1. Regional venture capital firm Gobi Partners received two Awards from the Malaysia Venture Capital Association last night in a ceremony at the Association’s Annual Dinner, which was held at Sime Darby Convention Center.


2. Plizz and Wishbeer are announcing their launch on “Live” platform on July 23, 2018. “Live” under Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) is a crowdfunding platform, allowing users to trade securities OTC.

3. True Incube, Thailand’s leading startup incubator and accelerator offering services to strengthen local Thai and international startups to go regional, announces its latest collaboration with the Global Partners; Ant Financial Services Group, Huawei Technology, Techsauce and THAI Airways to enhance the regional incubation program even further.


4. Mr. Pipit Aneaknithi, KBank President, revealed that on July 25, 2018, KBank found that 3,000 names of KBank’s corporate customers using KBank’s website for providing a letter of guarantee (LG) service might be leaked. As soon as KBank detected this irregularity, we immediately closed the loophole and increased the level of data surveillance and protection to prevent a potential leak.
