Bangkok Patana School (BPS), has joined forces with five other leading international schools: International Community School (ICS), International School Bangkok (ISB), NIST International School, Ruamrudee International School (RIS), and Shrewsbury International School Bangkok (SHB) to organize the “STEM Youth Writing Contest.” This contest aims to provide secondary school students with opportunities to explore and gain deeper insights into science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM). The contest is open to all secondary students interested in writing about STEM topics.

This year’s “STEM Youth Writing Contest” is themed “Global Challenges, STEM Solutions” and will run from October 15 to November 20, 2024. Esteemed judges from various fields, such as Dr. Anan Jongkaewwattana, Director of the Veterinary Health Innovation and Management Research Group at the National Center for Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology (BIOTEC), and Dr. Thitiphat Atsachakulwisut, Lecturer in Biomedical Engineering at Mahidol University, will evaluate and select the winning entries.

This event is sponsored by several prominent organizations, including Techsauce, Looloo Technology, a leading AI solution provider; EOS Orbit, a leading satellite company; and Globaltronic Intertrade, a global distributor of electronic components and electrical equipment.
