1. What are Hybrid Events?
Hybrid Events or mixed events is an event that uses a combination of both offline and online formats. The offline format consists of organizing an event at a venue in order for people to attend in person. On the other hand, the online format is one that brings the activities of the event onto an online platform. A hybrid event allows for attendees to take part through either channel; either in person or through an online platform.
2. Why did Techsauce decide on a hybrid format for the event?
Due to the fact that our event includes attendees from both Thailand and various other countries, as well as the current situation of the COVID-19 pandemic, some who wish to attend the event may not be able to take part in person as they have in prior years. The organisers of the event feel that it is necessary to adapt the format of the event in order to cater for all who wish to attend. Guests are now able to stay updated on current technology trends and take part in the exclusive business-matching activities in order to stimulate the tech ecosystem while staying safe from the virus.
3. If I am not able to attend the live activities, am I able to watch a replay?
If you are not able to attend the activities in real-time, you are able to watch a replay of each activity at any time within 14 days.
4. Where will the offline venue for the event be?
The offline activity venue will take place on 5-8th October, 2020 from 10AM to 6PM at SEAC, FYI Centre, Building 2, Bangkok (MRT Queen Sirikit National Convention Centre Exit. 1) at Floor 2, 3 and 4.
5. How will I attend workshops and other activities?
After you have purchased a ticket, you will receive a link from our team in order to join the various activities.
6. How are offline and online workshops different?
For online workshops, our team will select classes that can be accessed from any location at any time. On the other hand, offline workshops will consist of activities that require group work.
If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact our team via email at [email protected] for general information, and [email protected] for ticket holders.
